Halloween Fun

Allison introduced us to "Booing", so here is our little "Boo" for some friends. Eden and I created and then we crept up to their house and left a little treasure for them to find. We hope everyone enjoyed!
A couple MUMMY crafts, girls really seem to like the candle holders....

and last but not least the fall tree has been turned into our "Spooky" tree, adorned with bats, spiders and cobwebs!

Little Miss Zeta

As I am posting I can hear the familiar song of snorts and sniffles, the music of a cold approaching! So for those of you who understand how yucky baby colds are I leave you with these pictures of smiles and thoughts of better days to come.

Just another project.......

So here is our latest project!
Thank you to Allison for the "Bunny Bucket" idea last Easter. We just added a Hallowe'en theme to it. Easy project for Eden, she could use the glue, all drippy and gooey to put on the tissue paper, then I printed 6-8 different features and she picked and glued the shapes on!

Looks great with a candle, or a glow stick but I think we are going to use it for her trick or treating bag.

Art by Eden...

Yesterday Eden, Zeta and I headed outside for a walk to enjoy the lovely fall weather we have been having. I decided to walk down to the local preschool and try out the "stay and play" for the afternoon. Needless to say she loved it, only a couple other children there as it was the first session of the season, but she sure found lots to play and do. I think it just might become a regular activity for us.

Our ever changing tree...

Eden and I have made a tree on the wall of the our den which she gets great joy from showing off. Every time we add something new she will grab your hand and drag you to the tree. Earlier it had flowers and green leaves all over, now our fall them. Next jack-o-lanterns, I think we will have to glue faces on our pumpkins, add some bats and maybe hang a ghost or two. It's so much fun doing the little crafts and then seeing her face as the tree changes.

New doo

So I tried my hand at haircutting! Thalia brave girl wanted a hair cut so I asked if I could give it a go.
Have to say I think it turned out rather well, as her dad thought we went to the hairdressers before he got home!
